Go dark in 2020 with dark super foods starting with wild blueberries juice
If ever we could coin an expression it would be dark superfoods. There’s a lot of evidence that fruits and vegetables with strong colourings like tomatos are usually very good for you but we want to go darker than that and suggest to you you go black in 2020. Well at least a very dark blue with these three superfoods you are unlikely to have heard of.
We’re not scientists here at Super Bulky but 100% we are crazy mad for all three…
These are distinct from their larger cousins now widely available in supermarkets in several significant ways. Unlike cultivated blueberries, Wild Blueberries are not planted and a testing procedure called ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) by USDA researcher Ronald Prior, Ph.D., found that a one-cup serving has more total antioxidant capacity (TAC) than 20 other fruits and veggies, including cranberries, strawberries, plums, raspberries and even cultivated blueberries.
In fact it’s widely acknowledged that they have 2x (and sometimes up to 4) the antioxidant power of normal blueberries and that’s a great help to combat disease and healthy ageing
But the long and the short of it is if you’ve got flu do still grab oranges but also start downing this super healthy juice and if you live in Europe this fantastic product we recommend.
harvested in Nordic forests (Estonia in particular) this is a great way to both absorb a lot of this fantastic fruit in an enjoyable delicious drink
In fact it’s so nice we recommend just having it in your fridge and taking a swig occasionally.
Like a lot of modern workers we gig here at Superbulky and an annoying low level illness like winter flu means no pay so we drink this to both keep healthy and reduce the likeihood of annual flu preventing us from going to work …and we recommend you start doing this too!
